Empowering Refugee & Migrant Women
through Creative Methods and Digital Literacy
On January 17th, we organized a Paper Marbling workshop for migrant women in Graz as part of the #erasmusplusproject Remcread - Empowering migrant and refugee women through creative and digital skills.
Led by the talented Maham from Pakistan, the workshop introduced us to the beautiful art of marbling—painting with oil colors on water to create nice designs. The participants explored different color combinations and shapes, letting their creativity flow and bringing unique artworks to life.
Beyond the art, this workshop was a space for connection, joy, and shared experiences. The women not only discovered a new technique but also bonded with each other, laughed, and celebrated the beauty of creating together.
The project aims to strengthen the skills and competence of migrant/refugee women through creative workshops and digital literacy, as well as inspire and empower them to discover a new path in the entrepreneurship field.
Seddwell International Welcome Office warmly hosted us, once more, for this workshop and we are very grateful for their hospitality and partnership in this series of workshops.
